Jeanne Kessira is a food anthropologist, culinary teacher, and writer. Of French heritage, she was raised in Manhattan and is now based in London. She is currently working to bring about positive change in the hospitality industry with Countertalk, and to inspire others towards self-sufficiency through fermentation and baking courses.
